– 3 Fight Losing Streak

– Notable Wins: Ricardo Almeida, Kendall Grove, Drew McFedries

Former UFC middleweight title contender has signed with Ringside MMA, a promotion based out of his hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Patrick Cote resurrected his career after appearing on the fourth season of “The Ultimate Fighter”, aptly named “The Comeback”. Cote lost to Travis Lutter in the finals, but went on to win five-straight fights, earning him a shot at the title. Unfortunately during the third round against Anderson Silva, Cote tore his ACL and was unable to continue. After nearly a year and half of recovery time, Cote returned only to lose back to back fights against Alan Belcher and Tom Lawlor, prompting his release from the UFC.

While there is no official word on when or who his opponent will be, Cote is expected to debut for the Canadian promotion in the spring.
